Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a ton of research to see who the best choice for our specific needs would be. Since we live in California, we needed a professional who could be our eyes and ears of the current Portland hot market.
We had the pleasure of using Frank Oreste as our real estate broker/agent. Frank’s knowledge of the housing market and Portland’s multiple neighborhoods was tremendous. Frank made the entire transaction from start to finish seeming effortless and easy. He truly went above and beyond all our expectations.
Frank did the lion’s share of work. Not only did he spend countless hours communicating with us, he viewed properties on our behalf. During this extraordinary “SIP” times”, Frank found ways to tour homes and took videos, all while narrating, so we could really get a feel of each property. He truly is a treasure. When we did come to town, Frank dedicated his entire weekend to showing us homes.
The best thing about working with Frank is his personality. He is genuinely a terrific person. He has a very calming demeanor and an excellent listener. We plan on staying in touch with Frank although our work of home shopping is complete.
