Next to buying a car, the thought of buying a house: all the effort, emotion, negotiations, and legal processing, was enough to make me stay in a too-small-condo long past the time I would’ve preferred to move. Enter Frank, who boosted both my dream of ownership and my confidence in achieving it. After 18 years away from my native born city, I was out of touch with the market, luckily Frank was perfectly in touch and actually grew up the neighborhood I was interested in purchasing. Things closed quickly and easily, and all the tension surrounding the back and forth between owner and buyer was absorbed by Frank (not me). He was transparent and attentive in his communication and always willing to ask the question I needed an answer to. I found the whole experience to be surprisingly straightforward and painless. I only wish I would’ve done this sooner!!
